Hi, I’m E-B!
Martinez E-B is a multidisciplinary artist, who creates works that simulate the cultural/social/political fog of his upbringing. E-B has illustrated and authored books, has had his works adapted for theater, and has shown in numerous exhibits nationally.
Art has not only been E-B’s source of living, but it was the first way he learned to truly express himself. Growing up, E-B remembers having a hard time making sense of his world, but creating and sharing art helped him gain a deeper understanding of the world. E-B finds working as a Teaching Artist with ARTSiE very fulfilling because he is able to collaborate with others in the effort to open doors that may lead to brand new rooms or realms that we may not have even known existed before, which is what art can do. But first we must learn some of the tools/concepts/principles/skills that often are keys to accessing brand new rooms.
E-B is a huge fan of children’s books and cartoons and is even working on creating his own children’s book as he expands his practice.
