Hi, I’m Madison!

Madison Merkel McNair grew up dancing and acting, which led her to pursue a BFA in Musical Theatre from Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama. This May, Madison will graduate with an MFA in Acting from The University of Alabama.

During her time with ARTSiE, which started in 2019, Madison has developed and taught movement, yoga, and a week-long musical theatre camp based on James and the Giant Peach. Currently, she manages ARTSiE’s emails, website, social media, and much more.

Madison believes that the theatrical arts inspire imagination, creativity, and innovation in the lives of children and hopes to bring this mission with her wherever she goes. When she’s not moving ARTSiE projects forward, acting, or teaching yoga, Madison enjoys rock climbing, reading, and being a dog mom.
