ARTSiE is seeking a part time Development & Fundraising Manager to join our team. We are a non-profit, mission-driven organization, seeking a dynamic addition to our small but passionate, hard-working group of individuals. We’re looking for a think-partner and collaborative team player with the ability to see the big picture and take initiative beyond the job description. 

The Development & Fundraising Manager is responsible for managing the fundraising efforts of ARTSiE, including donations, grants, and events, as well as serving as a think partner to the Arts in Education Director. A successful Development & Fundraising Manager has excellent organization and administrative skills, while also retaining the ability to contribute to big picture planning and organizational development. 

The ARTSiE team is positive, solutions-oriented, and collaborative. An ideal addition to our team will bring positivity and energy to their role, supporting ongoing company growth by securing ongoing and new funding opportunities to help ARTSiE expand. In addition to being a team player, this person should also be able to work autonomously on projects, manage their own task list, and take responsibility for their work. We are a small team and take a collaborative approach to tasks. This means each team member often ends up contributing to projects outside of their specific position. This is a remote, part time position requiring about 10 hours per week. 

Responsibilities include:  

Collaborate with and serve as think-partner to the Arts in Education Director 

Research and manage funding opportunitie

Write and apply for grant applications 

Oversee all fundraising efforts of the organization

Collaborate with Arts in Education Director to prepare annual and program-specific budgets

Present fundraising efforts to the Board of Directors 

Collaborate with Board Directors in charge of fundraising, events, and grant writing

Requirements:

Working knowledge of Google Suite, Canva, and Asana

10 hours per week availability

Professional phone and email etiquette

Excellent writing skills

Comfort and familiarity working with other people in a collaborative environment

College education required

Second language fluency preferred

Artistic background preferred

Job Type: Part-Time remote position, 10 hours per week

Salary: $30/hr, paid monthly. First month paid trial period.
