Western Suburbs Spring 2025

Keenyville School District 20 | April 2025

This spring, creativity is flourishing in the Western Suburbs thanks to ARTSiE’s engaging and joy-filled enrichment classes!

In March, Keeneyville District 20 invited ARTSiE to lead a special gelli plate art workshop for their Dare to Dream program at Spring Wood Middle School. Teaching artist Ms. Robyn brought the magic, delivering two dynamic 90-minute workshops for a group of fifteen curious and creative middle schoolers. Students explored printmaking with layered textures and bold colors, learning to express themselves in new and exciting ways.

Meanwhile, elementary-aged children in the district are diving into the worlds of art and movement with Ms. Corinne and Ms. Jessica at Greenbrook and Waterbury Elementary. These classes blend dance, storytelling, crafting, and outdoor exploration to create an environment where creativity and self-expression can thrive.

We’re so proud to partner with schools in the Western Suburbs to make the arts accessible, joyful, and empowering. Stay tuned for more updates, and as always—thank you for supporting ARTSiE!

Classes are going well! The dancers have been dancing to the 8 count, enjoying the crafts, hearing/reading stories, and enjoying time outside on the warm days.
